How do I contact Customer Service?
Inquiries regarding orders already placed, or product information, should be e-mailed to our Customer Service Department at Herbsforyourpets.com or call (717) 566-0922.
Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after order is received. We will ship via UPS ground whenever possible.
Returns
How do I return a product?
E-mail or call us for authorization to return. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. All products should be in original packaging.
Directions to make your return or exchange by mail
- Include all original packing materials whenever possible to better protect the product.
- Indicate reason for return
- We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for all damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
